High-end Villa Never Say Never Panoramic Sea and Mountain views, 4 bedrooms in St Barth

Never Say Never

Perched in the prestigious hills of Lurin, Villa Never Say Never blends luxury and natural beauty in St. Barth. Designed by renowned architect Johannes Zingerle, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa pairs sleek modern architecture with the island’s lush landscape.

Located just minutes from Gustavia, St. Jean, and Gouverneur Beach, the villa offers a prime, private setting. Elevated above the terrain, it showcases panoramic views of St. Jean Bay and sunsets over the hills. The occasional passing of small planes adds island charm without disrupting the tranquility.

The open-concept main level features a bright, spacious living area and kitchen that opens to a generous terrace. Ideal for indoor-outdoor living, the terrace includes a covered dining area, sunny lounging deck, and a heated lap pool with sea views—perfect for entertaining or relaxing. A secondary air-conditioned lounge serves as a cozy TV room. Also on this level is a guest suite with ensuite bath and private terrace.

Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms offer panoramic ocean views and natural light. One suite includes a private terrace with outdoor bathtub and shower. A fourth ensuite guest room is located on the mid-level, along with laundry and technical spaces for added convenience.

Additional amenities include a private gated entrance, garage, parking, professionally equipped fitness room, and an elevator connecting all living levels. Villa Never Say Never is a luxurious island retreat offering comfort, privacy, and refined design in one of St. Barth’s most sought-after locations.
